Built on experience.
Since 1981.
W4 Graphics grew from a garage operation painting and screen printing computer bases into a four-division manufacturing facility. Today, we bring painting and powder coating, digital printing, textile printing and industrial screen printing together under one roof, with a practical approach to demanding projects.

Built on a solid foundation.
Richard (Dick) Wells saw an opportunity when his employer turned away an emerging computer company, Tandy Radio Shack. He followed its representatives to the parking lot and offered to paint and screen print their computer bases himself. That willingness to find a way became the foundation of W4 Graphics.
A Garage Beginning
After producing 300,000 units in his garage, Dick Wells decided it was time to find a building and start a company with Shelly Wells: W&W Silk Screening.
The Four W’s
Dick’s brother Barry Wells later joined the production and sales team, along with Weldon Martin. Three Wells and one Weldon gave the company its lasting name: W4 Graphics.
Four Divisions.
One Partner.
The business evolved into four divisions: painting and powder coating, digital printing, textiles, and industrial screen printing.
Still Moving Forward
In 2026, Sanjay Padsala took over W4 Graphics, bringing nearly three decades of printing industry experience. After graduating in electronic engineering, he joined his family’s printing business in 1997, gaining hands-on expertise in design, printing and business development. Since joining W4, he has introduced digital printing and cutting, expanding the company’s capabilities for its next chapter.

Experienced People.
Advanced Capabilities.
W4 Graphics has built its reputation on solving difficult printing problems. From decorated computer enclosures to a seven-color, tight-registration prototype others said could not be printed, we keep pushing the limits of our capabilities. Instead of saying “no,” we tell customers “how,” explaining the options so they can choose the approach that works for their project.
